Regional tensions between Thailand and Cambodia flared again as deadly border clashes shattered a fragile ceasefire previously brokered by U.S. President Donald Trump. With hundreds of thousands of civilians evacuated on both sides and artillery and airstrikes intensifying, the conflict underscores a long history of unresolved border disputes that continue to trigger nationalistic tensions and military confrontation.
